In the Inland Empire, the average per gallon price is $3.708, up 1.7 cents from last week, eight cents lower than last month, and 52 cents more than last year.

“Although we’re seeing prices still lower than a month ago, refinery outages in Washington State and in Southern California and a reduction in inventories over the past week have contributed to increasing wholesale prices,” said Auto Club spokesperson Jeffrey Spring. “This result has nudged up retail prices.”
