How Do You Envision RPV Parks in the Future?
That's what the city wants to know as it re-does its Parks Master Plan, first penned in 1989.

From a Rancho Palos Verdes:
City of Rancho Palos Verdes Recreation and Parks staff, at the direction of City Council, is preparing an update of the city’s 1989 Parks Master Plan.
This update is intended to provide a comprehensive strategy for addressing the future use of the City’s precious parks, recreation and open space resources.

The update will seek to consolidate plans that currently exist for a number of major park sites, while being consistent and in compliance with the City’s General Plan and other guiding documents. A review and update of the City’s park inventory will be a major element, as well as an update of the Coast Vision Plan.
Skatepark PV’s proposal for a skate board plaza at Point Vicente Park/Civic Center will also be considered, per City Council’s direction.
