Methamphetamine, PCP Seized In Palos Verdes Estates Traffic Stop
Police conducting a traffic stop in Palos Verdes Estates seized illegal drugs and paraphernalia, police said.

PALOS VERDES ESTATES, CA — Police conducting a traffic stop in Palos Verdes Estates seized illegal drugs and paraphernalia, authorities announced Friday.
According to the Palos Verdes Estates Police Department, the driver had methamphetamine, a "meth pipe," and a cigarette containing phencyclidine, also known as PCP, in the car.
"The discovery of PCP is particularly noteworthy, as it is a relatively rare drug in this area. This incident serves as a reminder that even in a relatively safe neighborhood like PVE, illicit drugs are all around us," PVEPD said in a statement on Facebook.

The person in possession was arrested and charged with possession of illegal substances, PVEPD said.
