Need A Furry Friend? Cat Adoption Fees Waived In LA County

PALOS VERDES, CA — If you've ever wanted a furry friend, then now could definitely be the time.

Throughout January, Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control is waiving cat adoption fees.

"The department is hoping to get more animals out of its care centers and into homes," officials said in a statement.

This waiver does not include license and trust deposit fees.
