LOS ANGELES, CA — Actor Mickey Rourke is facing eviction from his Los Angeles home after failing to pay rent, according to a report.

Rourke, whose birth name is Philip Andre Rourke Jr., received a three-day notice to pay rent or vacate the premises on Dec. 18. At that time, he owed $59,100 in unpaid rent, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The actor failed to comply with the notice, prompting his landlord to file to evict him in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, the Times reported.
