The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Lomita Station reported the following crimes and arrests in Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates and Westfield for the week spanning Feb. 24 through last Saturday. The Palos Verdes Estates Police Department reported the following crimes and arrests in Palos Verdes Estates for the week spanning Feb. 26 through last Monday.

March 1, 3:24 p.m.; 28900 block of Western Avenue
A white female suspect described as 20-25 years of age allegedly robbed a victim of her Quicksilver shirt and Jockey sports bra in a strong arm robbery.

Feb. 19-27; 28600 block of Meadowmist
A known suspect allegedly took miscellaneous papers, and a macbook pro computer.

Residential Burglary

Feb. 26, 1900 block of Santa Rena Drive
Someone damaged the front door of a home and entered it.

Feb. 27; 31200 block Ganado Drive
Someone entered a residence through a garage side door and took a jewelry box containing a gold pendant on a chain.

Feb. 27-28; 5400 block of Crest Road
An unknown person cut the locks to a storage shed on a construction site and took tools.

Palos Verdes Estates

Two people were arrested for allegedly driving without a license, one on suspicion of cocaine possession,  two people on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and one person on an outstanding warrant.

Traffic Offense

Feb. 26, 8:52 a.m.; Intersection of Yarmouth Road and Palos Verdes Drive West
During a traffic stop, officers arrested the driver on suspicion of driving without a license.

March 1, 11:18 a.m.; Palos Verdes Drive West and Cloyden Road
During a traffic stop, officers issued a citation to the driver for allegedly driving without a license.

March 3, 9:32 a.m.; 1100 block of Palos Verdes Drive West
During a traffic stop, officers issued the driver a misdemeanor citation for allegedly driving with a suspended license.

March 3, 11:18 a.m.; 300 block of Palos Verdes Drive West
During a traffic stop, officers issued the driver a misdemeanor citation for allegedly driving with a suspended license.

Theft

Feb. 26; 600 block of Cloyden
Sometime between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 20, someone removed a cellular phone from a victims backpack at school without her permission and left the scene in an unknown direction.

Possession of Cocaine

Feb. 27, 1:14 a.m.; 300 block of Via Almar
During a traffic stop, officers arrested the driver of the vehicle on suspicion of possession of cocaine and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Driving Under the Influence

Feb. 27, 11:36 p.m.; Marguerite Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes
During a traffic stop, officers arrested the driver of the vehicle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

March 2, 2:42 a.m.; 2200 block of Via Rosa
During a traffic stop, officers arrested the driver of the vehicle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Warrant Arrest

Feb. 28, 9:31 p.m.; Intersection of Via Neve and Via Sola
The passenger of a vehicle was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant during a traffic stop.

Vandalism

March 1, 11:18 a.m.; 900 block of Paseo La Cresta
Someone used a small rock to shatter the passenger side window of a vehicle before fleeing in an unknown direction.

Vehicle Burglary

March 3; 700 block of Del Monte
Sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., someone smashed the rear passenger side window of a vehicle and proceeded to take a coin purse, credit cards, gift cards and currency.
