The Coastal Commission has requested the city to improve public amenities on the bluff and address the illegally built patios.

Palos Verdes Estates, CA — The city of Palos Verdes Estates missed the Wednesday deadline to meet the California Coastal Commission's demand to make Lunada Bay more accessible to the public, the Daily Breeze reported.
The city has only met some of the commission's demands as of Wednesday.
Lunada Bay has become a notorious stomping ground of the aggressive group of surfers known as the Bay Boys. The commission has requested the city to improve public amenities on the bluff and address the illegally built patio on the water's edged, according to the Breeze.
