Person Found Dead Following Apparent Fall From Cliff In San Pedro
A person was found dead from an apparent cliff fall in San Pedro Tuesday, officials said.
SAN PEDRO, CA — A person was found dead Tuesday after apparently falling about 200 feet from a cliff in San Pedro, authorities said.
Firefighters were sent to the 3700 block of South Meyler Street about 1 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
An Urban Search and Rescue team was sent to help recover the body.

Information was not immediately available on the person's identity.
"LAFD responded to a person over the side and found the victim to be beyond medical help after an apparent 200-foot fall," officials said.
