PVE Council to Reject Bike Accident Claims
The City Council is also scheduled to review specifications for a new residential refuse contract.
The Palos Verdes Estates City Council tonight is expected to reject damages claims from Richard and Eloise Schlickman regarding the former's bicycle accident that occurred on Via Del Monte in March.
The council will also review specifications to the city’s residential refuse collection contract. The city’s current contract with Athens Services for single-family refuse and recycling services is scheduled to expire June 30, 2012.
Tonight's meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 340 Palos Verdes Drive West.
