Should You Let Your Kids Play Violent Games?
The Supreme Court says that California can't prohibit the sale of violent games to minors—what do you think?

California cannot regulate the sale or rental of violent video games to children, according to a Monday Supreme Court ruling, which threw out the state's ban on the sale or rental of violent video games to minors.
By a 7-2 vote, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld rulings by U.S. District Judge Ronald Whyte of San Jose in 2007 and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco in 2009 that struck down the law, passed by the California Legislature in 2005.
The law, banning the sale or rental of violent video games to anyone under age 18, was authored by Sen. Leland Yee (D-San Francisco/San Mateo).
