Traffic Measures and Seismic Safety on PVE Council Agenda
Palos Verdes Estates City Council is scheduled to meet tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Palos Verdes Estates City Council is set to discuss traffic calming measures and City Hall seismic safety reports during tonight's meeting.
Council will review Via Del Monte speed cushions. Council members will consider a staff recommendation to:
- "Remove the existing speed cushions and their corresponding signage and striping from Via Del Monte."
- "Conduct a STOP sign warrant analysis for Via Del Monte/Via Pinale, and,"
- "Pursue a traffic circle analysis at Via Del Monte/Via Pinale in the future if a STOP sign is not recommended."
Council is also scheduled to discuss a "City Hall Seismic Safety Study Report and Findings" during Tuesday night's meeting.

Council will consider directing "staff to proceed with the engagement of an architectural/engineering firm to prepare construction documents and cost estimates for the implementation of the retrofits identified in the report."
The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of City Hall, 340 Palos Verdes Dr. West, Palos Verdes Estates.
