The father of a teenage robbery suspect shot and killed by Pasadena police last year has been the target of police harassment according to the attorney representing him, reports the Pasadena Sun.
Caree Harper mentioned that Pasadena Police have maintained an "intimidating presence" near the home of Kenneth McDade, whose son Kendrec was killed last year. Harper has also added that as long as McDade still lives in Pasadena, he is not safe, according to the Sun.
