Brush Fire Near Dodger Stadium Reaches 5 Acres

ELYSIAN PARK, CA — A five-acre brush fire is burning in Elysian Park near Dodger Stadium, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The fire was reported around 2:05 p.m.

Officials report no structures are threatened at the time and there are no evacuations. No injuries have been reported.

Air and ground crews are at the scene of in steep terrain in the 400 block of North Park Row Drive, Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department says.

Authorities are warning residents to watch out for traffic delays.

Several eyewitnesses posted photos of the fire to Twitter.
