Police believe the shooting is related to another shooting Monday night where another man in his 20s was shot but survived.

A man in his 20s was shot on a Pasadena street and later died at a hospital, police said.
The shooting near the intersection of Palm Terrace and Claremont Street was reported at 9:44 p.m. Tuesday, Pasadena police Lt. John Luna said.
The victim was treated at the scene and transported to a hospital, where he later died, Luna said. His name was withheld pending family notification.

A motive for the shooting was not immediately determined, and it was not known if the shooting was gang-related, Luna said. However, it’s possible it was connected to a shooting Monday night in the 1400 block of El Molino Avenue, where a man in his 20s was shot but survived, he said.
Anyone with information on this homicide was asked to call Pasadena police at (626) 744-4241.
