Pasadena Professor Tweets 'Manic Episode'
Community college professor Hugo Schwyzer overshares his professional struggles and personal issues on Twitter.
Hugo Schwyzer, the professor of a porn studies class at Pasadena City College and a male feminist, had an epic Twitter meltdown on Friday, reported The Daily Mail.
Schwyzer described himself as a fraud and a hypocrite in a series of more than 140 tweets on Friday.
He admitted to having little qualifications in teaching feminism, sexting a porn star and cheating on his wife. He shared that he suffers from bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder.
He told the New York Daily News that he is putting himself on medical leave from teaching.
Schwyzer sent out several tweets Monday publicly apologizing to his editors and colleagues after he said he would not be tweeting anymore on Friday. He also shared he was heavily medicated.
It sounds like he told a family member to change the email linked to his Twitter account to prevent him from making further updates. He tweeted: "Sarah honey you have to change the email account too otherwise I can reset the password."
