Two men were treated at a local hospital for stab wounds and one refused to cooperate with investigators, according to police.

Two men were treated for stab wounds at a local emergency room last week and the one police were able to interview refused to cooperate with the investigation, according to the Pasadena Police Department's daily activity report.

One of the men, who was in his 50s, suffered stab wounds to his upper torso and could not be interviewed because he was undergoing surgery. The other one, who was in his 40s and also sustained upper torso wounds, would not cooperate with police or give officers "any information," the department's report states.

The incident was reported to police at 10:15 p.m. on Friday night. Both stabbing victims were in stable condition.
