Person Discovered Dead At House Fire In Pasadena
The body of a person was discovered by firefighters battling a house fire, authorities said.
PASADENA, CA — The body of a person was discovered by firefighters battling a house fire Saturday in Pasadena, authorities said.
Firefighters responded at 6:25 a.m. Saturday to a fire in the 1500 block of Lacashire Place, northwest of the Rose Bowl, according to Lisa Derderian, chief communications officer for the city of Pasadena.
"Crews arrived to find a well-involved house fire. While performing simultaneous search and extinguishment, a deceased individual was located," Derderian said. "The investigation is ongoing and arson investigators are on-scene."
