1 Killed In Solo-Vehicle Crash On Point Reyes-Petaluma Road: CHP
The crash shut down the roadway in both directions Monday afternoon.
NORTH BAY, CA — A fatal crash was reported Monday afternoon southwest of Petaluma near the border of Marin and Sonoma counties.
The solo-vehicle crash happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road near McEvoy Ranch, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Emergency personnel with Marin CHP and Marin County Fire responded and found a person trapped inside an overturned car on a blind curve in the roadway.

The crash shut down Point Reyes-Petaluma Road in both directions for over three hours.
