15-Year-Old Missing For Days; Last Seen In Petaluma: Police

PETALUMA, CA — Police are seeking the public’s help to find a 15-year-old girl from Santa Rosa who went missing last week in Petaluma.

Joyce Kristin Albino was last seen around 11 a.m. July 22 on the Santa Rosa Junior College Petaluma campus, where a parent dropped her off, police said, adding that when the parent returned two hours later to pick her up, he learned she had left halfway through her class. Her parents reported her missing on July 23, according to police.

Police do not believe her disappearance happened under suspicious circumstances and said she may have been spotted in San Rafael, San Francisco and Redwood City.

She is about 5 feet tall, weighs roughly 115 pounds and has black hair that may be dyed red, and brown eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing a black “Pro Club” hoodie and gray bike shorts.
