Armed Robbery Reported In Petaluma 7-Eleven, Suspect At-Large
Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a 7-Eleven at gunpoint early Friday morning in Petaluma, according to Petaluma police.
PETALUMA, CA — Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a 7-Eleven at gunpoint early Friday morning in Petaluma, according to Petaluma police.
Officers responded around 3:08 a.m. to the store at 5300 Old Redwood Highway after a 911 call reported a robbery, police said.
According to police, a male suspect reportedly entered the store when no customers were present, threatened to kill the clerk, and demanded money from the register. He allegedly lifted his shirt to reveal a firearm but did not point it directly at the employee.

The clerk handed over the cash, and the suspect fled on foot, Petaluma PD said.
The suspect is described as a male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a dark sweatshirt with a multicolored graphic, gray sweatpants, red socks, black and white shoes, and a ski mask, officers noted.

Despite an extensive search of the area, officers were unable to locate the suspect.
