Ford Mustang Driver Leads Officers On Chase Through Sonoma Valley: CHP
The driver was arrested on multiple charges at the end of the pursuit, the California Highway Pursuit said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A Sonoma man is accused of leading California Highway Patrol officers on a pursuit through Sonoma Valley.
It started around 2 a.m. Sunday when Napa CHP officers working in Sonoma Valley attempted a traffic stop on the driver of a 2005 Ford Mustang for weaving and erratic driving, CHP Officer Jaret Paulson said.
The driver fled, leading officers on a pursuit around Sonoma Valley, starting near Arnold Drive and Watmaugh and ending near Bonness Road, Paulson said.

The driver, identified as Carlos Alberto Baltazarurcino, 22, of Sonoma, was apprehended at the end of the pursuit and booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of felony evading, resisting and obstructing a peace officer, DUI over .08 percent, and driving on a suspended license, Paulson said.
Baltazarurcino remained in custody Monday with his bail set at $25,000 pending a court appearance set for Tuesday morning, jail records showed.
