Ice Likely Caused Outage Near Santa Rosa Junior College: PG&E
Ice likely caused a power line to sag and some equipment froze Wednesday morning, a spokesperson for PG&E said.

SANTA ROSA, CA — Power has been restored to 1,009 PG&E customers near the Santa Rosa Junior College area of Santa Rosa this morning. A weather-related outage was reported just before 7 a.m. on Pacific Avenue east of Wright Street, PG&E spokeswoman Deanna Contreras said.
Ice likely caused a power line to sag and some equipment froze this morning, Contreras said.
Power was restored at 9:10 a.m. but crews will be on the scene all day to restring the line and replace equipment, Contreras said.

PG&E is gearing up for another round of rain Friday and Saturday, Contreras said.
"It's all hands on deck at our operations yard on Occidental Road," Contreras said.
