Petaluma Man Arrested After Pulling Gun With Infant In Car: Police
Kalvin Crump, 23, is accused of pointing a firearm at another driver with a 1-month-old child in his vehicle, police said.

SANTA ROSA, CA — A man sought for allegedly pointing a firearm at another driver was arrested with a one-month-old child in his vehicle, Santa Rosa police said Saturday.
Accusations against Kalvin Crump, 23, of Petaluma, included assault with a firearm, brandishing a firearm at a vehicle and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle, police said.
Officers were dispatched to the area of West Third Street and Amador Drive about 4:52 p.m. on a report that a man driving a silver BMW was seen pointing a firearm at another driver after a road rage incident. The vehicle was located near Stony Point Road and Guerneville Road, police said.

Also in Crump's vehicle were his 1-month-old child and the child's mother.
A police dog detected the presence of a firearm near the rear of the vehicle. A loaded .40mm handgun, an extra loaded magazine, a holster, and additional ammunition were found in the rear hatch area, accessible to the occupants, police said.

The mother and child were released at the scene, police said.
