Sonoma County Under Coastal Flood Advisory; 1 School Remains Closed
Tidal levels are expected to result in minor coastal flooding of lots, parks and roads, the National Weather Service said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Parts of Sonoma County remain under a coastal flood advisory as tidal levels have been running nearly a foot above predictions, resulting in minor coastal flooding.
The coastal flood advisory is daily from 8 a.m. to noon through Saturday and applies to areas adjacent to San Francisco Bay, including parts of Marin and Sonoma counties, the San Francisco Peninsula and Berkeley and Oakland in the East Bay.
Flooding of lots, parks and roads with only isolated road closures is expected.

The school remains closed because of downed power lines and trees, according to the Sonoma County Office of Education.
