Teen's Car Stolen At Gunpoint
The victim was treated for minor injuries by the fire department.
PETALUMA, CA — A 16-year-old boy had his car stolen at gunpoint in Petaluma on Thursday night, according to police.
The carjacking was reported at about 8:30 p.m. in the area of Clubhouse Drive near the former Adobe Creek Golf Course.
The victim reported that he drove with friends to the area to sell some clothing when another vehicle arrived and at least three people exited and approached him. One of the people then pointed a handgun at him and demanded his belongings, then attacked the victim, causing minor injuries, Petaluma police said.

The suspects stole the victim's vehicle and fled toward Frates Road. Responding officers did not find the vehicle or suspects, and the victim was released after being treated by Petaluma firefighters.
