Police are waiting for results of an autopsy by the Alameda County Coroner's Office.

No cause of death has been determined yet for the man whose body was found near Pleasant Valley and Moraga avenues Wednesday, Oct. 9, Oakland police said today (Friday).
Lt. Christopher Bolton said no firearm was recovered at the scene, and an autopsy to determine cause of death had not been completed by the Alameda County Coroner's Office by Thursday night.
OPD Officer Johnna Watson said police have not yet released the man's name.
Neighbors said the man's body was found in a white van that was frequently seen parked in the area, but those details were not confirmed by police.
After the discovery of the body about 3 p.m. on Wednesday, police closed nearby streets to traffic for part of the afternoon while they investigated.
