Public Safety Committe to Hear Update on Code Red System
The committee meets Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the meeting.
Members of Piedmont's Public Safety Committee will hear updates on Neighborhood Watch and on the implementation of the city's Code Red citizen alert program when they meet Thursday, Aug. 29, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 120 Vista Ave.
According to minutes of the committee's previous meeting, the Code Red system is expected to be operational by mid-September.
