Unanimous: Steph Curry is NBA MVP

Curry becomes the first player ever to receive all 130 first-place votes in MVP voting.

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry has been named league MVP for a second consecutive year and, in classic Curry fashion, he broke a record earning the distinction. He’s the first NBA player to garner all 130 first-place votes.

The votes are placed by a panel of NBA writers and broadcasters, plus one from the Kia MVP Fan vote.

The previous record for first place votes was a tie between Shaquille O'Neal and LeBron James, who each fell one vote short.
