Fire At Pinole Apartment Complex Held To 1 Unit
Residents of a three-story apartment complex were evacuated as firefighters battled the blaze.
PINOLE, CA — Contra Costa County firefighters knocked down an apartment fire in Pinole on Sunday evening in less than a half-hour, despite the blaze going to a second alarm.
The fire was reported just after 5 p.m. on Sunnyview Drive. The three-story complex was evacuated and no injuries were reported.
County animal services also responded to take care of a dog.

The fire was out by 5:28 p.m. and was contained to one unit.
Fire investigators haven't determined the cause of the fire.
