Former Pinole City Engineer, San Rafael Public Works Director Died
Dean Allison died Friday.
SAN RAFAEL, CA- Dean Allison, former Pinole City Engineer, died Friday, San Rafael City Manager Jim Schutz announced Saturday.
The San Rafael public works director was reportedly heading downtown to an event for work Friday, and was found dead parked in his vehicle, reported the Marin IJ. His cause of death has not been released by Marin Coroner yet.
Allison reportedly began work with San Rafael on Sept. 28, 2015, following his work with the City of Pinole.
