On March 2, 2013, at 12:30pm, Hercules Officers were dispatched to Hercules Ave at San Pablo Ave around noon on March 2 after reports of an "adult male with a hand gun in his pocket." Officers contacted the described male at the corner of San Pablo Ave and Village Parkway," according to the Hercules Police Department's shift report. "The gun was determined to be an air soft gun (with a pink tip). The subject was admonished about walking around with the butt of his air soft gun sticking out of his pocket, and released at the scene."
