Pinole Boy Collecting Food for Needy, He Needs Your Help
Stop by the Pinole Police Department to support local Eagle Scout Joseph Ramos reach his goal of 20,000 pounds of non-perishable food.

PINOLE, CA- Pinole Police Department hopes the community will stop by the station to support local Eagle Scout with his project.
In a social media post today, PPD asked citizens to help out the Pinole Community with a challenge to support local student, Joseph Ramos, with his Eagle Project.
"Joseph is the son of a retired Pinole Fire Captain and is collecting food for the Feeding Hope Ministry of El Sobrante," the post stated, "His goal is to collect 20,000 pounds of shelf-stable, non-perishable food by March 28th."

Locals are encouraged to stop by the Public Safety Building lobby at 880 Tennent Avenue to drop donations in the collection bin.
"Joseph thanks you in advance for your generosity," they said, but really, Patch says with a goal of 20,0000 pounds of food, MANY people will thank you.
