PINOLE, CA- Pinole Police Department will welcome new officers, promotions, a new canine, and explorers at a swearing in ceremony in April.The Pinole residents are invited to share in the celebration on April 5, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.Officers Matthew Fernandez and Patrick Rude will be sworn in, as well as, Community Service Officer Kevin Bassi and Canine Kaizer.
