Poll: How Do You Grill — Gas, Charcoal or Other?
The great outdoor cooking debate. Is gas or charcoal your preference?

The weather is turning right for cooking outdoors. That brings to mind the eternal question: gas or charcoal?
For those who use charcoal, the issue seems to be flavor. Pro charcoal users insist that food just tastes better when it's cooked over a charcoal flame, with perhaps some wood chips added for extra flavor.
But the downside of charcoal is the mess. So much ash to dispose of all the time. So many bags of coal to haul around. It can get old.

Gas grillers are all about convenience. Just flip a switch and the flame goes on, you can control the amount of heat, and when the cooking is over, just turn the grill off. No muss, no fuss.
So what do you think? Now that the weather is conducive to outdoor cooking, will you be using a gas or charcoal grill? Take the poll, and tell us your grilling secrets in the comments.
