Applications Available For Affordable Pleasanton Apartments
The pre-application to join the waiting list for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom on Owens Drive is available until April 21.
PLEASANTON, CA — Qualified applicants can pre-apply to join a waiting list for a one-bedroom and two-bedroom Below Market Rate apartments at 5650 Owens Drive in Pleasanton. The apartments are located inside the Park Hacienda Apartments, and are close to shopping and two parks.
The apartments are open to anyone making 80 percent of the annual Area Median Income, which is $74,200 for a household of one, $84,800 for a household of two, $95,400 for a household of three, $106,000 for a household of four, and $114,500 for a household of five. The one-bedroom’s rent is $2,120 a month, and the two-bedroom’s rent is $2,650.
A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine who can join the waiting list. The city gives preference to Pleasanton residents and employees.
