City Launches Online Business Directory

Potential customers looking for a specific Poway business now have one more online tool to help their search.

In response to a suggestion at a business summit last year, the city of Poway has added a search function to its web site that allows users to find all businesses in the city’s database. You can search using the company’s name, address, owner’s name, phone number or business type. The database includes all companies that have obtained the required city-issued business certificate—if they’re open for business in Poway, they can be found on the web site.

Users have the option of exporting their search results to an Excel file or as a PDF document suitable for printing.
