Industrial Lot Sold For $1.4 Million

A 2.68-acre industrial lot on Danielson Street just west of Parkway Center Drive has been sold for $1.4 million, it was announced Tuesday.

The lot was acquired by Hamann Companies, according to Colliers International San Diego, who represented the seller, WFB Investments, LP.

Ted Cuthbert, senior vice president of Colliers International San Diego and Mickey Morera, senior director of Cushman and Wakefield, represented the seller in the transaction. Cuthbert also represented Hamann Companies, according to Colliers.
