Poll: Will Supreme Court Uphold ‘Obamacare’ After Week’s Arguments?

According to one legal expert, the U.S. Supreme Court will let stand the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) after hearing arguments over three days starting today. AARP has weighed in as well — both with online articles and friends of the court briefs. 

Mitt Romney spoke out against Obama’s health-care overhaul Monday morning in a San Diego appearance, vowing to undo its regulations if he were nominated by the Republicans and won the November presidential election.
