Visiting Ramona Blanks Poway 3-0 in Palomar League Softball Contest

Kailey Hill, Christina Barrameda and Amber Davis each scored a run to lead Ramona over host Poway in a softball game of Palomar League powers. The Bulldogs scored twice in the first inning and once in the seventh as they raised their overall record to 14-4-1 (3-1 in league).  The Titans fell to 9-6 (2-2 in league.)  Coach Antoinette Rodriguez's Ramona team will host Torrey Pines (20-4) on Friday. Coach Jim Bennet's Titans host Rancho Bernardo (16-5-1) on Friday. With six runs in the seventh inning, the Ramona junior varsity tied Poway 12-12, which was how the game ended.
