Last Parcel of Wildwood Ranch Sold for $3.7M

The San Diego office of Colliers International announces the sale of the last 70 acres of Wildwood Ranch, located at 14488 Mussey Grade Rd, for $3,725,000.

The property was sold by the Salvation Army with representation by David Santistevan and Gunder Creager of Colliers International and purchased by the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a Utah Corporation.

The pristine property is located in a secluded mountain setting and includes campground, lodging, retreat center, sports and recreation facilities. The buyer plans to operate this property as a church retreat center.

Earlier last year, David Santistevan of Colliers International represented The Salvation Army in the sale of the first 752 acres of Wildwood Ranch to the County of San Diego for $6.5 million.
