Construction Has Begun on Ramona Ambulatory Care Center

With Palomar Health's in Escondido, ground has been broken in Ramona for a new $4.5 million satellite clinic, according to The Daily Transcript.

C.W. Driver has officially started construction of the in town, located on Main Street at 13th Street. The space has been designed by San Diego-based Mascari Warner Architects, the Daily Transcript says, and will be a 7,600-square-foot, single-story outpatient medical clinic built on approximately an acre of land. It will expand the healthcare services for the Ramona community.

The new emergency center be co-owned by Palomar Health and developer Pacific Medical Buildings, and construction set to be is complete in January 2013.
