Crime Log: Arson Off Route 67, 81-Year-Old Woman Caught Stealing Food
The following recent incidents were reported at the Ramona Sheriff's Department substation.
September 19
Possession of controlled substance- 2400 block San Vicente Rd- 30 and 49 year-old suspects.
Grand theft- 24100 block San Vicente Rd- $3,300 in athletic equipment stolen.
September 20
Stolen vehicle- 2100 San Diego Ave- trailer taken.
Possession of controlled substance-300 block Rotanzi St- 49-year-old male booked.
September 21
Petty theft- 1600 block Main St, Stater Bros.- 81-year-old female booked for taking $130 of food.
Commercial burglary- 16900 block Gunn Stage Rd, San Diego Country Estates Equestrian Center- tools valued at $1,575 stolen.
September 22
Possession of controlled substance- 800 block B St- 19 and 20-year old males booked.
Arson on structure/forest land, under the influence of controlled substance- 3300 block Route 67- Victim: Federal National Mortgage Assoc.- 30-year-old female booked.
September 23
Petty theft- 500 block D St., Krysak & Associates- valued at $300.
