Deadline Looms for Proof of Immunization for Students

Ramona Unified School District officials need proof of a pertussis booster immunization for students entering seventh through 12th grades in the upcoming 2011-12 school year. The requirement applies for both public and private schools.

Proof should be turned in to schools by June 6.

Public Health Department: 1521 Main Street, Ramona, 760- 740- 4000,  in the complex with the sheriff’s department, 1 to 3 p.m., June 15; by appt., June 22, July 27 and Aug. 24.

Escondido: 606 East Valley Parkway,  8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 5 p.m., Mondays and  8 to 11 a.m. and  1 to 4 p.m Fridays.
