Free Ice Cream Helps Ramonans Cope With Outage
Cold Stone Creamery cleaned out its freezers, much to the delight of residents.
It's not every day that an ice cream store invites customers to come inside and take it all away—the sorbet, the cakes, cupcakes, ice cream ... everything.
"We had to clean out our freezers," 's Andrea Khoury told Patch on Friday, a day after
Staff went outside and mentioned the scrumptious problem to people in the parking lot near the store at 1451 Main St., Ramona. There was no problem gathering interested visitors to eye up the cake batter, mango sorbet, cotton candy and cheesecake flavored confections.

"We had a line out the door from about 7 to 9 p.m.," Khoury said.
