Mural Project Wine-Tasting Fundraiser Postponed Until Aug. 4
A resident's concern over any possible violation of the Boutique Winery Ordinance has caused a delay. But the show will go on, organizers say.

The Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project wine and food pairing fundraiser has been postponed from June 23 to August, due to a delay caused over a resident's concern regarding adherence to the Boutique Winery Ordinance.
A citizen reported a concern about the planned event to County Code Enforcement but organizers have had discussions with the County and it has been determined that the event will go forward, according to a news release from the group.
The event is now planned for 2 to 6 p.m. Aug. 4 at Altipiano Vineyard and Winery in Escondido.

Trezette's Catering will do the food pairings. Local music teacher Jenny Peckham will perform on concert grand piano.
The winery is at 20365 Camino Del Aguila, off Highland Valley Road, just before Bandy Canyon Road in Escondido. The gathering will be in the exclusive Great Room and private patios.
