Ramona Fire Department Responds to ‘Heat-Exhausted’ Teen at Cedar Creek Falls

Station 81 said an airship was canceled before it left the ground.

A teen needed medical aid at Cedar Creek Falls Saturday after she felt like she couldn’t walk from heat exhaustion, Ramona Fire Station 81 said.

The girl was hiking with a group of five friends, according to Capt. Shoemaker, when she experienced “heat exhaustion and leg cramps.”

The incident occurred on the second day Cedar Creek Falls was open after an almost two-year closure.
