Wind Advisory Set for Julian, Warner Springs Wednesday

Wind speeds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of up to 45 mph are expected Wednesday morning through early afternoon, according to the advisory.

Strong wind is expected to build overnight and spread into San Diego County's mountain and valley areas Wednesday morning, forecasters said.

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday for the mountains and valleys, including mountain areas along Interstate 8, and Campo, Descanso, Julian and Warner Springs.
