Here are three of the top stories in Rancho Bernardo-4s Ranch today:

  1. "A Rancho Bernardo brewery is dedicating all the proceeds of its new specialty release beer to help those in Ukraine. 'We are historically a neutral company with our public voice,' said Abnormal Beer Co. owner Matt DeLoach. But with the magnitude of evil taking place that affects people, we were compelled to do something rather than just watch... the news.'” DeLoach added, “It is such an emotional event. We are acting out of necessity.” The beer, ‘Glory to the Heroes’ comes in a can designed to resemble Ukraine’s flag. The online presale at abnormalbeer.co/stand-with-ukraine will close on Sunday, April 3. In mid-April, the beer will also be available for purchase at Abnormal Brewing Co. 2. Students from seven schools met at a conference at Rancho Bernardo High School to discuss successful living in today’s world. How to deal with the pressure of schoolwork? How to manage their social lives? How to cope and get back to normal after the pandemic? These questions, and more, were part of the discussion. Now, the student representatives will go back to their own schools and help others learn to cope. The goal of the conference was to bring mental health to the forefront and teach students to speak up and to seek help when they need it. To learn more: Click into Parenthesis, then click the link.
