  1. Fentanyl is big business, and it is killing us. It affects people all over the country, and it affects the Rancho Bernardo-4S Ranch area too. It is the number one killer of people aged 18-45, according to San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephan. "We investigate this like a murder because it is killing people with a poison, and it is murder. It's not an experimental drug, it's one pill will kill," Stephan said. Vanessa Ratliff, who lost her son to fentanyl, said it's important to talk to your kids early.
