Sprouts-Anchored Shopping Center Sold for $12.45M

Bernardo Heights Plaza, which includes Sprouts, Tuesday Morning, Bernardo Heights Dental Group, Majestic Nails & Spa, Sports Clips and Wholesome Choice Pet Market, has sold for almost $12.5 million, the San Diego Daily Transcript reported this week.

The 37,729-square-foot space, which sits at 15727 and 15731 Bernardo Heights Pkwy., was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale, according to the Daily Transcript, and was purchased by ROIC BHP LLC of San Diego.

The center was built in 1983 on 3.22 acres and remodeled in 2006, the publication said.
